When I knew I was going to Miami for a girls getaway with one of my best friends, I knew that I had to bring home something special. I thought long and hard (literally at least over two weeks) about what I should get. Read on!

Isn't it funny how some of our best purchases come about? I visited Hermès to pick up an enamel bracelet I had ordered from my dear SA. But when I got there, I decided to play with the other leather bracelets, and I found my Kelly Double Tour size. I tried on leather after leather bracelet, but couldn't believe when I saw that they had one black alligator bracelet in stock. Read on!
I simply cannot resist a CDC. These fun, thick bracelets pack enough "oomph" in them so that I really don't need much other than my watch to complete my jewelry additions. That's what I love about it. Simple and chic. Read more!
I've admired this beautiful bracelet from afar for quite some time. I heard the Collier de Chien bracelets (also known as the "CDC") were hard to find, so of course I set out to find one!
Hermès has a beautiful array of colors and leathers. I recently fell in love with Malachite. It's a very rich-looking green with bluish hues. The CDC is such a fun accessory for any time of the year, but especially for the warmer months in this color combination of Malachite and gold hardware. This CDC in Malachite was constructed with Swift leather, which is durable and incredibly smooth. Maybe if I wear this more often, the beautiful Malachite will usher in spring more quickly...
What colors from Hermès do you love?
Hermès never ceases to impress. In addition to scarves, my other favorite collectibles are enamel bracelets!
The fun thing about collecting the narrow enamels is that they are easily stackable to create a classy, eclectic look. And they seriously stand up to daily use. I wear my Brandebourgs enamel daily, and you can't tell its age (almost one year old).
Part of the Fall/Winter 2012 collection, the Balcons du Guadalquivir bracelets are on their way out. So if you love this pattern and see it in the boutique, I'd highly suggest pulling the trigger on the purchase.
This piece matches a scarf and handbag combo that I've been trying to further accessorize. Points for any readers who can point out the designer/collection that the bracelet rests upon in the comments!
It was nearly a story of love and loss, because I almost waited too long! It was the last in my size. Without flinching, I said to my wonderful SA, "This was meant to be!"
