Bombshell Bags from VOGUE Ads, March 2013

Beyonce Vogue

In the March 2013 of American VOGUE (where Beyonce graces the cover), there are some seriously hot handbags being advertised. I thought I'd share some of my favorites with you!

Prada bag

Let's start off with this gorgeous Prada. Reminiscent of the Vuitton S/S 2012 Suship Speedy North/South, this handbag is super hot for the spring and summer. Its shape is similar to its sister bags, the Prada Saffiano Lux Tote.

Marc Jacobs

Marc knows how to create a stunner! With a simple white ensemble, this Marc Jacobs"Hairy Prisoners" tote in Domino will look drop-dead gorgeous. Inspired by 60s Op-Artist Briget Riley, the striped tote is lined in leather and has antique silver hardware. Available at MarcJacobs.com for $2,295US.

Michael Kors

Michael Kors is ushering in spring with this absolutely stunning Large Miranda Crackled Leather Tote. The structured shape and the  hanging leather accents make this bag a definite conversation piece. It's additionally available in yellow and brown. Available for sale at MichaelKors.com for $1,195US.

Belstaff

Such a beautiful nude hue! Belstaff is promoting this exotic Nottingham tote for spring/summer 2013. It's very understated and chic. I can picture this bag used for a beautiful day out on the town or out for cocktails at a cafe by the water. Just a beautiful piece!

BOSS

Hugo Boss impresses with this (on right) beautiful brown leather tote for spring/summer 2013. It looks to be a comfortable yet sleek keep-all tote. This bag will definitely work the whole way through summer into the fall.

Ferragamo

Salvatore Ferragamo makes a statement with this Sofia bag in Ash for spring/summer 2013. The studs make it so much more fun and undeniably a statement piece. The neutral color makes the bag essentially season-less. I can picture this bag as a cross-body when it's snowing for a winter white stunner or as a white-hot summer piece. You can really go any way with this handbag.

Tod's

Last but not least is this jaw-droppingingly beautiful green python bag from Tod's. This bag is meant to be a statement piece as it exudes elegance and exclusivity. Its pop of color is certain to complete a subtle, effortless look.

Fashion + Technology: ADOPTED Leather Wrap Case for iPhone 5

The wait has been long enough for a sturdy yet stylish iPhone 5 case. Since launch day, I've been using a rather rugged case (which, honestly might be a better choice for me), but concurrently I'm dying for a stylish alternative. Luckily, a trip to the Apple Store alleviated that want.

ADOPTED iPhone 5 case

I just can't get over how nice and heavy the ADOPTED case is. I've tried other "stylish" cases and with one drop I have been out $30 for those cases. Given, this retails for $50 so I'm only hoping that it lives up to its price. It's almost been a week and so far, so good! I've lightly dropped it a few times, but could tell that it is very resilient for the type of case that it is. If you think that you're going to need a something stronger, I would highly recommend a Speck Tough Case or an Otter Box. But if sturdiness and style is calling your name, I'd highly recommend this one!

What's really great about this case is that all ports are open--meaning I don't have to remove the case to dock it on my iHome clock or to charge it normally. The leather surrounding the phone is premium, genuine leather, and the case has a flash ring to not hinder the camera's functionality. ADOPTED's Leather Wrap cases come in five colors:  tan, black, white, blue, & red. In person it is a truly stunning accessory and will give you piece of mind with a side of style.

Rebecca Minkoff M.A.C. Woven & Perforated Clutch

Oh, Rebecca Minkoff, what you do to me!

This is truly a handbag love story. But it doesn't turn out like Romeo & Juliet; it rather ends happily. I have seriously been lusting over this bag for months. There were multiple times I could have purchased it, but it just wasn't the right time. And an accessories addict has to budget themselves. For so long I thought that I had 'lost' the bag. It was no longer available on the Minkoff website, and I hadn't seen it in stores. As a veteran of handbag sales, I know that sometimes you get a second chance and sometimes it is gone as quickly as it was available. Despite my multiple chances, I just couldn't bring myself to buy it for financial reasons. Girl has to eat--am I right?

Minkoff MAC Clutch

Luckily, the purse gods blessed me with a Gilt sale on Minkoff bags not too long ago, and I finally grabbed this fun cross-body nearly 50% off retail price. Sometimes it is truly good to wait!

I genuinely enjoy this bag since it's large enough to fit a book or iPad, and room for other small accouterments. M.A.C. Clutches are great for concerts, touring, and for the quick jaunts into town.

If you haven't already, follow us on Instagram--and Twitter, while you're at it. ;)

Salvatore Ferragamo Guenda Raffia Loafers

Salvatore Ferragamo Guenda Raffia Loafers

These loafers are sitting pretty next to a piña colada. Of course, this photo wasn't taken recently outside my dwelling. We're getting snow and rain as we speak... Instead, this is another of my Black Friday bounties from my trip to Orlando!

Though it may seem like the raffia material would be scratchy, it is surprisingly comfortable and definitely airy. The brown, Nubuck leather is smooth and a beautiful complement to the lighter raffia.

Definitely a summer shoe, these woven Salvatore Ferragamo Guenda Raffia loafers are perfect for summer sailing or a boardwalk lunch. I can just imagine the sweet smell of saltiness in the air, the clear blue skies, the ebb and flow of the wind and the water, the breeze whipping my hair... Okay. Can summer just be here now? I'm ready.
