Eco-Pen: The Seven Year Pen

Eco-Pen: The Seven Year Pen

As a writer and student, I am constantly jotting down notes and drafting assignments. It's important to have a pen that wont run out of ink anytime soon.

The Seven Year Plan

Let me put it clearly. I have a thing for pens. If you're one of those types that has a pen for everything, then this might be for you. One of the coolest things I've picked up recently is this Swiss-made Seven Year Pen from Seltzer Goods. Not only is it eco-friendly but it's also a very smooth-writing pen. The ink flow is plentiful, but don't worry about running out of ink! These are guaranteed to work for the full seven years and eliminate the waste of over 100 million discarded pens per day. NB: If you're a serious pen enthusiast, this may not be the pen for you, but this is exactly what someone like me, a student on a go with a mild "thing" for pens, needs. :)

There are nine design options for your Seven Year Pen. Check them out below!

Sophisticated Scribble: Botanical Notebook Collection

Besides my obsession with handbags, scarves, and shoes, there's nothing that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside than beautiful paper products. While I was out running errands yesterday, I picked up this beautiful set of paperback notebooks at one of my favorite stops, Paper Source.

Botanical Notebook Collection

Bound together with baker's twine, these ChronicleRifle Paper Co. botanical notebooks are 64 pages in length, have foil-stamped covers and are heavily inspired by vintage paper products. The notebooks are light and one of the best things about them is that they will lay flat to make writing easier. The cover is strong and its texture is wondrous! I can't wait to use these for future projects and assignments.

Pen in Style: Christian Lacroix Papier "Joie de Vivre" Journal

Hands down, I think this is my most favorite journal that I've ever owned. Found at my local Paper Source, this Christian Lacroix beauty will now be home to all of my fashion ramblings and drafts of future posts. I'm so excited to use it!

This Christian Lacroix original art design is beautiful and is such a great introduction to the journal. One of the coolest things is how beautiful the paper is cut out. Just lasting a few pages on both front and back ends of the book, the delicate paper art adds such a great aspect to the book. The paper itself is thick and sturdy; you won't have to worry about ripping your paper if you are a little careless.

I hope to post my scribbles (maybe here or definitely on Facebook) to show you guys what I have in store for months to come. Can't wait to fill up this journal!
